Les Gets, a charming village and wide open spaces
At an altitude of 1,172 meters , Les Gets has retained the DNA of a true Haute-Savoie village, with its chalets, farms, and lively center. It is a truly charming and authentic place.
On skis, the terrain alternates between fir-lined slopes, wide boulevards, and more technical descents. The Chavannes, Ranfoilly, and Mont Chéry sectors offer varied runs throughout the day, with the added bonus of beautiful panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif .
From Mont Chéry to the Portes du Soleil
The Les Gets-Morzine ski area offers approximately 120 km of slopes , but you can quickly explore much more. Les Gets is part of the Portes du Soleil , which brings together 12 resorts between France and Switzerland and nearly 600 km of skiing .
For more challenging trails, head to Mont Chéry and its steeper slopes. If you want to rack up the kilometers, go through Morzine and continue on to Avoriaz , Châtel, and the Swiss sectors.
Freestyle, sledding and village atmosphere
Looking for a change from the classic slopes? The Chavannes area offers fun and freestyle spaces to vary your sessions.
Sledding, snowshoeing and ice skating also allow you to continue enjoying the snow in a different way.
