Freeride Reviews
After finalizing your reservation on Freeride, you will be invited to share your opinion on the merchant site, and once your ski rental is used, you will be invited to provide feedback on your in-store experience. How does it work? Why is it important? Freeride offers you the opportunity to express yourself and explains here the importance of your opinion!
Why give your opinion?
We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services! Whether it's a review about the Freeride website or one of our ski shops, each shared experience is valuable, whether positive or negative.
Based on the sharing of experiences, collecting reviews is essential to guide future vacationers in finding the right shop for their sports practice.
No one knows our products and services better than you. Your feedback provides authentic details that enrich our community. Share your ski rental experience with everyone!
Merchant Reviews
How can I be sure these reviews are real?

How to give a review?
Only actual customers of Freeride are allowed to give reviews on our platforms. After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email invitation within 10 days to evaluate your online ordering experience by providing a rating and comment.
Why don't I see my review online?
Please note that we need time to review all reviews, so don't worry if your review doesn't appear online immediately! Indeed, all reviews are subject to reading and moderation to ensure their compliance with the charter of our website.
Why was my review rejected?
Your review does not meet the publication criteria established on our site. Content that is abusive or incomprehensible cannot be published. For merchant reviews, the in-store ski experience, mentions of competitors, or prices are not accepted. Reviews should only concern your online experience on Freeride.
However, you will be informed by email and have the opportunity to submit a new review.
I found other Freeride merchant reviews online, can I trust them?
Other organizations (Trustpilot, Pagesjaunes, ...) may aggregate reviews about merchant sites such as Freeride.
We monitor and respond to these reviews as soon as we are informed. However, we do not endorse a particular rating or even an overall average indicated by these organizations. We cannot, in fact, verify the existence of the associated ski rental and therefore the reliability of the review.
In-Store Experience Reviews
How can I be sure these reviews are real?
Just like merchant reviews, product reviews are collected by an independent third party, Google Business Pro, compliant with the AFNOR standard for collecting reviews. This standard ensures that:
- Reviews come from customers who have actually consumed a rental in-store at Freeride.
- No selection is made among customers: everyone receives a card inviting them to give their review of their experience (subject to availability).
- The reviews collected are not modified or deleted, except those containing inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content, which may be removed.
- Every review, positive or negative, is made public.
How to give a review?
Only actual customers are allowed to give reviews on our platforms. At the end of your reservation, the store team will provide you with a business card to evaluate your experience by providing a rating and comment. Please note that the submitted review is associated with the store page, it is not global to the Freeride brand.
