Les Arcs directly from the valley
Located at an altitude of 810 meters , Bourg-Saint-Maurice occupies a strategic position at the foot of the vast ski areas of Haute-Tarentaise. From the town center, the funicular railway reaches Arc 1600 in just 7 minutes , offering quick access to the Les Arcs ski area without needing to drive up to the resort.
Once you arrive in Arc 1600, a vast playground unfolds before you. The Les Arcs ski area offers a mix of wide pistes, forest trails, high-altitude sections, and more challenging terrain, all the way up to the Aiguille Rouge at over 3,200 meters . The different villages of Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950, and Arc 2000 make it easy to vary your runs and the atmosphere throughout the day.
