Two shops, two starting points for riding Risoul
In Risoul , Bernard Sports and Gliss Concept allow you to pick up your equipment right near the ski area. Both are conveniently located within the resort, with experienced teams ready to advise you before you head out to enjoy the slopes of La Forêt Blanche .
Bernard Sports
Located on the main street in Les Chalps , opposite the pharmacy and right next to the slopes, Bernard Sports offers 500 m² dedicated to snow sports. Bernard Assaut , with 40 years of experience , and his team know the area like the back of their hand. Skis, snowboards, ski touring equipment, snowshoes, or sleds: you can choose your gear according to your skill level and preferences. The shop also offers a storage service.
Gliss Concept
Located on the ground floor of the Hotel Le Morgan , on the main shopping street, Gliss Concept is just 30 meters from the ski lift ticket offices and the ESF ski school , and 50 meters from the start of the slopes . Established for 20 years , the team offers skis and snowboards, as well as telemark equipment, ski touring gear, snowscooting, and ski biking . An on-site workshop also provides equipment maintenance and repair services.

Risoul: riding, sun and wide open spaces in the Southern Alps
Perched between 1,850 and 2,700 meters in altitude , Risoul offers a beautiful blend of high mountains, larch forests, and panoramic views of the Écrins and Queyras massifs . Add to that the sunshine of the Southern Alps and a direct connection to Vars, and you have a playground of 185 km of slopes in the heart of the Forêt Blanche .

Linking Risoul and Vars , La Forêt Blanche boasts 119 slopes served by 51 ski lifts . From gentle runs perfect for beginners to more challenging descents, the area offers a variety of experiences and terrain. From higher altitude sectors like Peyrefolle at 2,457m , you can also enjoy stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Off to Waouland!
To get off the beaten track, head to Waouland , Risoul's snowpark. Jumps, jibs, features, and banked turns allow you to practice your tricks or simply discover freestyle. For a complete change of pace, 17 km of cross-country ski trails also wind through forests and plateaus.
A resort that continues to live after the ride
Once the skis or snowboard are put away, Risoul retains a lively atmosphere with its bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment . Around the resort, the traditional hamlets also reflect the mountain character of the destination. Plenty of options for alternating between action-packed days on the slopes and more relaxed moments.

The resort is approximately 1 hour from Gap and 2 hours from Grenoble . Montdauphin-Guillestre train station also offers access by train before continuing on to Risoul. For travelers coming from further afield, Marseille and Nice airports are the main options.
